during payout, there is no inertia, and thus also no need for

very different. Since most of winding machines are incapable of 
making a clear, precise payout hole in the coil. To form the look 
of the Pull Box, the worker has to force a payout tube (usually a 
small type) randomly into the coil. This will most likely result in at 
least one (or many more) loops in the figure-eight on the wrong 
side of the hole, i.e. multiple loops and twists in a row. When 
using this package to lay, the installers will often have a 
headache due to the knot, tangle problems, what worse, cable 
damage caused by the payoff, affecting transmission 
performance (especially Return Loss).
